1. Do you make custom stamps?
   Yes, we do. From basic address and deposit stamps to stamps with intricate designs or your business logo, we make them all in one day.
2. Can I place my order online through your website?
   Yes you can. We offer a convenient way to shop and customize your stamps online.

3. How do I re-ink my stamps?
   We have created video instructions for re-inking both self-inking stamps and pre-inked stamps. Click here to view them.
4. I tried to contact you but haven’t received a response yet. What’s going on?
   We closely monitor our fax and voice mail, responding to all inquiries by each business day’s end. Instant confirmation is sent out on emails we receive. If you have not heard from us, it is possible your message did not reach us and we hope you try again.
5. Other than rubber stamps, what else do you do?
   We offer an ever-expanding lineup of products besides rubber stamps: Embossing seals, laser-engraved name tags and name plates, small signs, custom awards and décor, business cards, business promotional items and gifts, and much more.
6. Do you have finished craft stamps for me to browse?
   No, we do not. We feel existing Craft and Scrapbook businesses have the mass-produced stamp market covered. We do, however, have an ever-growing library of artwork that can be personalized to your taste. We can also work with your designs or logos.
7. I want to create something very unique. Can you help me design it?
   We can help you create the perfect design for your project. It is helpful to have an example of what you want, be it a photo or sketch. Please note that our graphical capabilities do have limitations as we are not professional graphic artists. Although basic design services are included with every purchase, we charge $50 per hour for design and proof creation beyond those basic services.
8. Do you repair broken stamps? Can I reuse my old stamp?
   We will repair broken stamps in serviceable condition if the necessary parts are still available. It is generally possible to reuse an old stamp, but it may not be the most cost-effective way to meet your needs. Newer stamps are almost always better at making clean impressions.
